“Things are gonna change, I can Feel It”
Pretty cool night. I realize not everyone reading this shares the same views, but it was pretty cool to walk down to the washington monument in mt vernon tonight and see the crowd shouting and cheering on cars as they went by. I’ve never seen anything like it, that many people so excited about an election. I’m pretty cynical and I was even getting into it a little bit. It felt pretty good to be an american for the first time in a long time (Rock, flag and Eaaaaaagle!).

I totally agree with you. For the first time in a long time I am proud to be a part of this country. I absolutely loved President Obama’s speech…and it feels really good to be able to say President Obama. I hope he can unify this country and make good on his promises. It won’t be easy, and I hope that the people won’t expect the changes to come quickly.
