The National Announce Spring Tour

What a better way to spend Memorial Day weekend than with The National? You can do just that when they play back-to-back shows at the 9:30 club on may 24th and 25th, “trying out new songs (!) and playing some old ones too of course!” (pre-order for DC shows is Feb. 14th)

Full dates after the jump.

They are also one of the bands on the great double-disc Dark Was The Night compilation, which comes out Feb. 17th and will “raise money and awareness to combat the HIV / AIDS epidemic”. Buy it here.
