Quarterlifeparty

For me, The Little Ones were one of those bands I had heard of but had not heard – or so I thought. Doing a little research before leaving for their show last Friday at the Hi-Dive, however, I realized that “Ordinary Song” sounded very familiar. So I braved the cold night, and hit the show. As Winter in Denver drags on, The Little One’s bright brand of indie pop brought rays of California sunshine that cut through the bone-chilling, snowy night. On stage, the Los Angeles quintuplet brought high energy, contagious melodies and bouncy guitar licks. They won the crowd over immediately, and kept us dancing until the last catchy harmony.
