The Go! Team Remix Black Moth Super Rainbow, MP3

This past weekend me and some friends were at the beach listening to pandora radio and a song came on that sounded like the sound track for my idea of what 1970’s summers in NYC were like:  double-dutch, skate parties, and running through gushing fire hydrants.  My friends asked who it was, and surprisingly it was a track from The Go! Team, not some long lost 70’s band.  That’s what I’ve always loved about that band:  their ability to make such great songs that sound like something from another era.

The Go! Team gave their eazy breazy treatment to Black Moth Super Rainbow’s “Twin of Myself” and the result is the same:  pure bliss.  Nice work.  Now how about a new album?

Black Moth Super Rainbow – Twin of Myself (the Go!Team remix)

The original is off of BMSR’s latest release Eating Us, which they are currently touring for (dates after the jump) and is pretty blissed-out itself.
