Sea Wolf: New Album, MP3
We first wrote about Sea Wolf back in May of 2007 when the LA indie-folkster released his debut album Leave’s in the River, which featured the pretty catchy track “You’re a Wolf”. Now with his follow-up album, titled White Water, White Bloom (out september 22nd), Alex Brown Church tries to keep that sound going and will be featuring an extensive tour to support the album (dates after the jump).
The band is offering up “Stanislaus” to promote the album, but is advertised as a bonus track. Bonus tracks or b-sides are usually assumed to be songs that didn’t “make the cut”, which surprises me because this song is pretty good. I guess that makes me only more anticipated to check out the songs on the actual album. They’re also playing The Talking Head on October 18th…so we’ll make sure to add that to the calendar.
Pre-order White Water, White Bloom here.
And off their first album, here’s “You’re a Wolf”:
