Sleep in one morning and BOOM…Ryan Adams comes out with news on his new album Easy Tiger (great album name). Apparently it will be released June 5th. And the tracklist is below. Filter got their hands on the album and have put up a preview that has me drooling:

Songwriting is the name of the game, and it takes center stage here. Sounds a bit like what Cold Roses would be like if he wrote it at the age of 40 instead of 30.

WOW, if that isn’t a positive preview i don’t know what is…because i LOVED Cold Roses (please excuse me wearing my unabashed fanboy-isms on my sleeve).
