RIP Captain Lou
Two things i was completely mesmerized by when i was a kid was WWF wrestling and Cyndi Lauper. So RIP Captain Lou (who i lovingly referred to as “Rubber Band Dude”). Although i never could quite figure out why Wrestlers were in a goonies soundtrack video.

Captain Lou took the credit for Cyndi making it big because he was in the video for “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”. In actuality, it was all a “work”. Captain Lou certainly knew how to create a buzz.
He joins quite a few WWWF managers in the main event in the sky.
