New Songs from The Dears’ “Missiles”
The Dears have always been a band that i have enjoyed, but none of their albums ever quite put me over the edge in terms of “wow, this band is awesome”; they always reminded me of a more subdued TV on the Radio, or a less catchy Morrissey. They are about to release their fourth album, Missiles, on October 21st and have made available three songs to stream from it. I have heard the whole album and while a couple of the songs bug me (”missiles” comes to mind) there are some really good songs on this album. On many occasions i found myself subconsciously humming the songs throughout the day, which is usually a good sign. Stream some of them below to hear for yourself.
