Jeremy Enigk has a couple new singles out to build the hype for his upcoming album Ok Bear.  At first their was “Mind Idea” released last week, is the more mellower of the two, a great song where Enigk pushes his voice in his signature fashion, like it’s about to break, but manages to still sound beautiful especially when he hits those lower notes and gets that all too interesting inflection in his voice. Now there is “Life’s Too Short”, shows a little more agression, heavier guitars and a more strained voice.   No one sings like this, ok maybe people have copied off of him, but they can only try to imitate.  Really loooking forward to this album, Ok Bear is out May 12th, pre-order.
