Future Islands and Ed Schrader’s Music Beat put together a split 7″ for Less Artists More Condos, which will be released next week, with all proceeds going to charity in honor of the late LAMC founder Ariel Panero.

For each LAMC split 7” (label) Famous Class asked one of their favorite bands to provide them with an unreleased track for the A-side. They were then asked to pick their favorite emerging artist to provide a track for the B-side.

Both tracks are solid and the future islands track, unsurprisingly, sounds like something just as good as anything on their previous two albums.  Check em out below. and Pre-order it here.
