Making of Bjork’s 3D Music Video “Wanderlust”

Pretty technical but interesting information on the making of Bjork’s 3D “Wanderlust Video”. They have to use two cameras to mimic human eyes and then combine them at the correct angles in post-production. Imagine having to sit in a dark room for months wearing 3d glasses trying to get things to line-up right? I feel like you would be constantly seeing things in 3D after that… oh wait.

How did the Björk video come to you and what is the basic concept of the video?
IS: Björk had seen our last music video (Grizzly Bear) and gave us a call. The concept of the video is our attempt at creating mytho-poetic cosmology of a primitive world complete with water deities and the struggle towards the future. The main theme being nomadism since it is for the track ‘Wanderlust.’
