Francis and the Lights
Get ready to get your groove on, your soul, r&B, and smooth rock mojo. While Prince might be getting a hip replacement, doesn’t mean you have to stop gyrating yours. And if you need a new band to “do it” to, you might want to check out Francis and the Lights, who seem to be channeling those falsetto Prince vocals pretty well.
The slow burners on here are very soulful and good sensual love making music like “How Could You” and then there are the speedier tunes like “Striking” (which sounds very much like PYT in the beginning) and “My Goals” which might turn your bedroom into something more like a porno shoot (if your lucky).
