Eels on World Cafe and Parallel Universes

Mark Everett (E) was interviewed on NPR’s world Cafe about his latest album and the concept behind it, a Wolfman trying to woo a woman, first by being tender and then getting a bit more violent. But one of the more interesting tidbits I took from this interview was about Everrett’s father, the physicist who came up with the theory of Parrallel Universes. Apparently this theory was completely just waived aside by physicists and it pretty much destroyed the guy. This is not some small theory, it can be ranked closely to Einstein’;s Theory of Relativitt. Not sure how this slipped by, but he made a documentary about his father in October of last year and it aired on NOVA. I’ve been searching everywhere for a copy of this but nothing has turned up. Not sure if this is something I want to purchase on DVD so if anyone knows where I might be able to find this for a one-time viewing then let me know in the comments. You can watch it here (or part 1 embedded below):.
