Deerhunter Live Video @ Mccarren Park 8/2/2008

A good quality concert stream of Deerhunter playing live at Mccaren Park Pool Party. Microcastle is one of th ebetter albums of the year and if you have yet to get into Deerhunter this might be a good starting point. Sometimes when you see bands play live it gives you new insights into them. Listen to “Nothing Ever Happened”, one of the better songs from this live set, and also listen to the closer.

There is also a contest going on offering up a cymbal signed by the band, might be a nice wall ornament.
