Teddybears are another group coming out of the Swedish music machine whose name was a little misleading at first since it is a rebellion against usual hardcore names like “Corpse Grinder” or “Blood Fued”. The band consists of Patrik Arve (Vocals,Lead Guitar), Joakim Åhlund (Drums) and Klas Åhlund (Guitar) who began by making grindcore music under the name Skull and then evolved into the more electronic dance sound of the Teddybears. Lead guitarists Ahlund is also the guitarist for the Caesars. Songs off of their first album that was released in America Soft Machine have been circulating frequently through television, radio and other high profile media outlets. Their incredibly catchy dance beats, bass punches, guest vocalists and Teddybear costumes are what have made this group incredibly popular in the indie world.
