Baltimore (FREE!) Virgin Fest Lineup: Blink 182, Weezer, Franz Ferdinand and more
This year the (1 Day) Baltimore Virgin Mobile Festival will take place at Merriweather Post Pavilion on August 30th and will be FREE. In return they ask you to donate $5 for Youth Homelessness. Headliners are Blink 182 and Weezer (you can now refer to this festival as WHFestival 2009). The full lineup is:
Blink 182, Weezer, Franz Ferdinand, Girl Talk, Jet, Mates of State, Public Enemy, Taking Back Sunday, The Bravery, The Hold Steady, The National, St. Vincent, WALE
Dance Tent: Danny Howells, Holy F*ck, Lee Burridge, Pete Tong
While the headliners don’t do much for me, gotta give virgin mobile credit for putting on a free day of music in these tough times. Nicely done.
